Before you will be able to place any orders, you will first be required to complete a registration process – see the top portion of the site for more information!
For your initial orders, if you are unsure which brand or formula of food your pet is on, we encourage you to call us at (780) 963-9478 or text us at (587) 604-6771.
You can choose to have purchased items shipped to your house at your cost via Purolator, or you can pick up at the clinic to avoid a delivery fee. Please note that you must be home to receive your Purolator Order, or they will drop it off at your door/gate. Shipping is not available to PO Boxes, and there are limitations with rural addresses. Detailed information is available on the website.
If you choose to have your items delivered to the clinic, please select “PICK UP” during the checkout process. They will arrive in 2-3 business days (subject to change during Holidays). As soon as your items arrive, you will be notified by our Client Care Team.
